NOMADS provides transparent mobility for Java agents.
This transparent mobility has been achieved by
developing a new clean-room Virtual Machine.
NOMADS also provides complete control of resources used
by agents (such as disk and network rates, disk quantities,
etc.) which can be used to prevent denial-of-service attacks
by agents.
